I can never have too much writing materials. I love journals, and I am never without one. As such, I have created a few of my own. See my page – June’s Journals. The motto for my journals – ‘Write it down so you don’t forget – and it may manifest.” And that is what I do – I write things down, so I don’t forget!
Born in British Guiana, now Guyana, (South America), I migrated to the USA as a young adult and have work in Corporate America’s Big 5 Accounting firms for over 25 years.
While maintaining a full-time career, I attended college and completed an interdisciplinary degree in communication and human development from the Empire State College, NY.
When I’m not writing, I am reading, gardening, sewing, cooking, or tinkering with decorating my home.
Being the quiet person I am, I find books to be peaceful friends, they help me escape reality when I want to – and so does writing.
Writing a novel gives me freedom to create characters and situations as my imagination flows – on paper, thereby bringing stories to pleasing conclusions vs the turbulence that infiltrates our world.

Five out of Five Stars – Review – from OnLineBookClub.org- April 2023 for (I Said, “I Am A Nun”)

I said I Am A Nun will give readers the motivation and courage to get through some of the difficult situations we face every day. The author provides her readers a road map to follow, when trying to visualize the light at the end of the tunnel. The story seen through the eyes of the main character, Rose, will take you on an emotional roller-coaster ride as the author
I enjoyed this book tremendously! It was fantastic! Rose kept me wanting to read on and on, she is full of love and an amazing woman. Only a few nights ago after settling down from a long day I felt like I wanted to snuggle up in bed with a good read. I thought about what it would be and "I said, I am a Nun" my second read. I am looking forward to your next book. A big thank you June.
Hi June, I am truly passionate about books; reading is my favorite thing to do without a doubt. It usually takes me to places that I have never imagined and almost always broadens my mind in ways that enhance my thoughts and believes. Your book did that! Although, I am a practicing Catholic and am blessed with a very strong faith I have never met anyone who has wanted to be a nun, therefore, found this book intriguing. I wanted to post my feedback on Amazon, but I'm not sure if it's because your book is not yet available there, every time I tried it rejected. I did not try posting on B&N as I do not have an account with them. I am enclosing my comment for your review, or in case you would like to post it yourself. Regards, Susan
